I first met Sami through Zillow and honestly knew nothing about her at the time. From there, we looked at house after house after house. During the process, I saw a lot of frustrating and shady things happen in the real estate world, and we definitely had our hearts broken a couple times trying to find the right home.
But Sami never gave up on us. Every time we asked her to go look at a house, even at the last minute, she was there. She gave us so much of her time, her energy, and her advice.
In the end, she helped us get the house of our dreams. She even gave up a large part of her own commission to help get the deal closed, which meant taking a huge financial hit herself. She gave way more of her time than she was ever compensated for, and that says everything about the kind of person she is.
